Tsugumi Matsunaga Selected for the APA Awards 2025! 2025.02.13

TOKYO’s  director Tsugumi Matsunaga has been selected for the APA Awards 2025 in the Photography Category!

The APA Awards is a prestigious photography competition that has been held since 1961, producing numerous renowned photographers over the years. The competition consists of two categories: the Advertising Works Category, which showcases commercial photography, and the Photography Category, which encourages photographers to explore new creative expressions.

 

This year’s theme was “Love and Peace.” Tsugumi’s series, “pure”—a collection of eight photographs—was recognized in the Photography Category and selected as an award-winning entry. The chosen works will be exhibited at the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum in Ebisu from February 22, 2025.
