Takeshi Izumida Wins the Grand Prix at TCC 2026 2026.06.16

TOKYO’s very own director, Takeshi Izumida, has won the Grand Prix at the prestigious TCC Awards 2026, presented by the Tokyo Copywriters Club.

 

Takeshi received the Grand Prix in the general category for JR-EAST – Suica: “Tami-chan Moves to Tokyo”, and was also selected as a Finalist for Haseko – “Thinking of the People Who Live Here” and “Thinking of Everyday Safety”.

 

This marks the fourth time Takeshi has been recognised at the TCC Awards, following previous honours in 2019, 2023, and 2025.
