To honour the memory of the late Mr Hidekatsu Nagasawa, known to many as Hide, and to express our gratitude for the friendship and kindness shown to him over the years, we will be holding a Remembrance Gathering.

In keeping with Hide’s preference for simplicity, this will not be a formal ceremony. Instead, we hope to offer a calm and welcoming space where friends and colleagues may drop in to share memories.

Guest Information

-Arrival
Please feel free to arrive at any time during the event hours.
The venue is expected to be busiest shortly after opening.
If your schedule allows, visiting later in the afternoon is recommended to help maintain a relaxed atmosphere.

-Dress Code
Smart casual is requested.
Guests stopping by between work commitments are welcome, provided attire is appropriate for a memorial setting.

-Reception
Please present one business card at the reception desk upon arrival.
If you do not have a business card, a guest book will be available for signing.

-Condolences & Gifts
Your presence and shared memories are the greatest tribute.
With thanks for your understanding, we respectfully ask that condolence money (koden), gifts, and floral arrangements not be brought.

-Sharing This Notice
As this notice may not have reached everyone who knew Hide, we would appreciate it if you could share it with others who may wish to attend.

-Photo and Message Submissions
If you have photographs that capture your memories with Hide, we would be grateful if you could share them with us at the email address below.
Some of the submitted photographs may be displayed at the venue on the day of the Remembrance Gathering.

For those who are unable to attend the event, we would also welcome messages in memory of Hide.
All messages will be carefully read by the organizers and later delivered to his family.

生前に賜りましたご厚情に、心より御礼申し上げます。

このたび、故人を偲び、生前ご縁をいただいた皆様とともに想い出に触れるひとときを持ちたくささやかではございますが「偲ぶ会」を執り行うことといたしました。

生前の故人の人柄に倣い、堅苦しい式典は設けず、穏やかで和やかな会としたいと考えております。

■ご来場時間について
お時間の指定はございませんので、上記時間内のご都合の良いタイミングでお越しください。
なお、開場直後の14時頃、および閉会間際の18時～19時頃は混雑が予想されます。
空間をゆったりとお過ごしいただけるよう、お時間の許す方は分散してのご来場にご協力をお願い申し上げます。

■服装（ドレスコード）について
永澤の人柄や、大切にしていた佇まいに倣い
差し支えなければ、落ち着いたシックな装いでお越しいただけますと幸いです。
なお、お仕事の合間でのご来場も歓迎しております。
ご無理のない範囲で、故人を偲ぶ場にふさわしい装いをお心がけください。
